Embedded work
I work inside your calendar and your systems — design reviews, vendor calls, fit sessions, line reviews. Remote, with NYC meetings and fittings as needed.
Written scope and rate
You get deliverables, milestones, revision terms and a fixed rate in writing before anything starts.

Three Ways to Work Together
Fractional Design Leadership
Ongoing monthly retainer. I own trend, color, line architecture, vendor direction and fit standards for your category — the design layer, not the production layer. Scoped in days per month, minimum three months.
Contract Product Development
Long-term embedded contract. Full seasonal design and development alongside your internal team, in your systems and on your calendar. Remote, with in-person fittings and meetings as needed.
Season & Capsule Projects
Fixed-scope, fixed-price. Collection design, tech pack packages, textile and print development, or trend and color direction for a single season or capsule.
Engagements are contracted through Region Design Lab.
